We’ve coordinated many training sessions. By far, the most requested are Customer Service, Leading Effective Teams, Website Development, Marketing and Microsoft Office products – specifically Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook. All of these enable you to provide quality service and make better use of time.
To get the training needed, you could go to a community college or hire trainers like us, but there is another growing option: on-line learning. It’s not for everyone, but more and more people are feeling increasingly comfortable learning on-line. Why not give it a try? It’s FREE. There are literally thousands of FREE resources, but quality videos are hard to identify. With that in mind, we are building a resource library with quality videos. We are starting with Microsoft Office and Website development. For website development, we are using HostGator and WordPress resources to ensure quality is provided. If you like what you see, please “like” our Facebook account and tell us what videos were the most helpful and what videos you’d like to see. Happy learning!

Remember, you’ll need hosting, without it, you can’t create a website. With that and the free tutorials we will be posting, you can build your own website for less than $20.00. See tutorials below.
